Answer from JP: “To have me in your corner to keep you on track, helping you, reminding you to apply the training in health and fitness and life .
This will be arranged for a set time with a call to support your tailored program.”
Q. how many times a week will i have to train with JP to get results?
Answer from JP: “Each client is different and so are their projects in life. Usually, between 2-3 times per week, and you will have daily projects as well.”
Q. were does the physical training taking place?
Answer from JP: “Training is usually carried out in client’s homes using their gyms. Or at any of a number of discrete training studios in central London.”
